Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free coffee ice cream
  • about 3/4 cup leftover canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Divide between two glasses and enjoy!
