This is a simple grilled cheese. Add sliced tomatoes or a few slices of turkey and ham if you want.

Ingredients
Butterabout two teaspoons
2slicesgluten-free bread
Grated cheddarabout one once for small slices
Instructions
Spread butter evenly over each piece of bread.
Place one slice bread, butter side down, into a small non-stick pan. Top with cheese. Turn heat on to medium-low. Cook, about three minutes, until bread is golden brown. (Peek under sandwich to see how it's coming along.)
Flip sandwich. Cook an additional few minutes until bread is golden brown. Remove from pan, cut, and serve.
